I am impressed by the way they make money. They have photo specifications which are satisfied by only their photo booths. 10 EUR for 4 photos. They won't even cut the photos for you, you need to do that yourself and if you cut them wrong, you have to take new photos. They also don't provide copies of required forms. So if you forget to print a form from their website, they will force you to use their photocopy machine for 15 cents. 2 stars since the person who handled my application was nice.

Why take an appointment when you're probably going to end up waiting anyways. Going for visas is usually irritating, and this office is one of the worst. Been here twice since I'm Indian, had to get a birth certificate, my appointment was at 11:15 and I waited over half an hour before getting it. My wife (not Indian) came here for a visa all the way from Normandy, she had an appointment, by the office was closed as it was a public holiday in India.... despite the office being closed, she received a confirmation of the appointment from the office and we came all the way... and we weren't the only ones. I'm really sorry to everyone coming here, this place isn't representative of India...

Useless, had to get a visa urgently as I had a problem with my e-visa and being British they refused to help and told me to go to London .... not an option. Try the little travel agent next door, they did a brilliant job and I got an evisa in a short amount of time.
