Terrible clueless service. Staff doesn't have a clue on operating the machines other than punching buttons mindlessly. I came with all my photos on Google drive, but they required I email the photos. I sent them the link, they said they couldn't download the photos because their computer was slow, although they were looking at my pictures on their screen and I explained they were low resolution pictures from Instagram. They said that if the pictures were on my phone, I could transfer them to the machine. But their micro USB cable was broken or not working so I ended up having to transfer 60 pictures via Bluetooth. Then they made me wait 30 minutes because they wanted to print another job for a customer that came after me and had already left, but the young assistant can't handle two tasks apparently or put one on hold. Normally not a problem but the pictures were a gift for my mom who was visiting and had a train to catch in 2 hours. The actual wait time was 20 minutes but I suffered them. I guess if you come with your pictures on a USB stick or memory card the printing service should be fine and expedite using their nice automated Kodak machines. They get two stars because they had the courtesy to cut the printed pictures for me on square format. (Tip: if you print the pictures in square format, they are eu2,00 each, but if you print them in 10x15 they are eu0,66 and they will cut them for free.

Très efficace avec un excellent accueil
J'y suis allé pour développer des photos que j'avais stocké sur mon téléphone. On peut faire son tirage soi-même sur une machine. Pour moi ça n'a jamais fonctionné. Une employée très serviable est venue m'aider et je suis reparti avec mes photos sans problème. Attention tarifs élevés.
J'y suis allée ce jour pour faire les photos d'identité pour mon bébé de 4 mois. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel, c'était fait en 5 minutes et les photos sont superbes ! Je recommande sans hésiter
