Probably the best place to eat in Paris. We tried French restaurants, but honestly we were disappointed. La Rose de Damas on the other hand was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the prices are low (Paris-wise), the service is genuine. We were served with black tea without charging it. 100% would recommend.

Team is a bit strange, the woman is nice enough, but the guy is expressionless, he doesn't smile or say thanks or welcome.. I thought warm welcoming is a part of the syrian culture, but it seems he doesn't apply it!... Food is nice, but still not the real Syrian taste, especially the meat... I heard they were perfect when they launched their business, but when I went they were so modest ! Anyway, I still might go there again to eat the Muhammara with the Almaza beer, they were perfect, to be honest!
The greatest Arabic restaurant in Paris ! The food is fantastic and fresh. They have an unique variety of dishes (plat du jour). You can call them to request a dish if you want. The service is perfect. And it's not expensive at all !!! I highly recommend that place if you want to eat real Arabic food.
I promised to the lady at the reception (who is very nice) that I would leave a comment. If you are looking for a halal Lebanese restaurant, this one is going to please you. The wonderful staff is happy to help you, we were able to easily speak with them in English and French. Hope to see you again soon (your customers from Dunkirk)
Great food. Amazing hospitality. Impeccable service. We arrived at the restaurant in a hot summer day and the waiter immeadietly welcomed us with a jar of ice cold water. The food was so good (and cheap) that we went back the second day for lunch!
I've been passing by this restaurant daily without having a chance to stop for food. Yesterday I passed by and try some of their food. This is a Syrian family restaurant with really well made appetizers like the one in the pictures below made out of walnut paste and chili. They also made a delicious Shawarma sandwich and vine leaves. I also bought a tray of Syrian sweets fresh out of the oven to share at work. The owners were super nice offering me a cup of tea and since it was the end of the day also some side dishes which they wanted me to try. Highly recommend this place with good people and good food.
We enjoyed our experience in La Rose de Damas restaurant. The food was very nice and tasty. the quantity was just right. The ambience was beautiful and welcoming. The staff were friendly. Overall we had a good time.
I was born and raised in an Arab country. So I can say with some degree of credibility that this Arabian restaurant was impeccable. Quality of the food, price and service were amazing; what I loved most was the extremely familial spirit this restaurant had. I left extemely satiated, and I feel that everyone hoping for an authentic Arabian food experience in Paris should visit here.
