The food was pretty good, the service not as impressive. We were with a big group and getting our coffee before leaving was like pulling teeth. We had a set menu and when it came time for the coffee we were blown off. We had asked multiple times for our coffee but it took talking to our trip/tour director to get it from the main person because the waiters didn't want to assist.

Overall good place to dine. Everything about it is good.. food, service, price point and decorations. It's still missing some sparkles to deserve a 5 star rating (that's a subjective view)

Great venue and atmosphere. Food should have been amazing but main course let it down. Starters were delicious, main course of steak was underwhelming. One came rare despite being asked for medium, this led to one of us eating on our own while the steak was redone.

Beautiful restaurant with lovely food and friendly staff. When we visited, for some reason they did not have much seafood which was disappointing. They also only cook the lobster on the grill. Overall we enjoyed our meal here

When you walk in the entrance, you think your at the fish market, I thought I was at the wrong place. There is nothing fancy or french about it. Diners have better food & service. My steak dinner was supposed to have fresh green bean, I had a side of cold frozen potatoes. ( which i had tyo send back twice and they still didn't get it right. My husbands lobster was doused with salty butter. Nothing special about this place, for the money we paid.

That was going to be our fourth visit in last 30 years. We had very positive impression untill last week. We made reservation via concierge for last thursday (31 january), requested to sit in main dining room, they Said There where special event in that room and made rsv in the small room. When we arrived at 8 pm, there where no host ist the enterance, we asked our reservation , he Said sit anywhere you want , there where about 6 people ( parties of Two and four), and we sat, the waiter brought the menu and said “ no seafood for tonight” we asked why, he said contiously “I do not care, that is not my foult “, asking to talk any responsible person, we were not able to talk to any other person or manager or maitre d’hotel etc. we were shocked, because we had chosen that place especially for the seafood and shellfish. Then we left the place without having our dinner.. There no apology, no regrets, no customer care....we asked them to call a taxi, they advise to walk to the main street... that was snowing/raining.... That was a most disappointing experience I ever had ..... very impolite personnel, no expected food ( seafood , shellfish), and also they gave misinformation by perpace because they said there were special event in main dining room but there was nothing... No guest, no service staff, no preparation , nothing... what a pity and what a shame... Actually , this place deserves -0- zero point, ZERO star My suggestion is “ never try” Sorry for our good memories my wife and myself had in that place.
