A horrible experience!!! The suite with a bath with hydro massage appeared to look straight at the wall with a very dark light inside the room, which created a feeling of being in a cellar with an old furniture and a mini-bar shining in your face when you sleep, giving absolutely NO reason to having paid 285/night for this room!!! During the reservation we asked for it to have a convertible bed for a 3rd person in a room, but when we arrived I was shown a leather triangle sofa which had a broken mechanism, so it couldn’t be made as a sleeping place and the receptionist girl didn’t know anything about how to prepare it!! Finally, she called for her colleague who spoke only French, he said that the mechanism is broken, so I was offered to sleep on a mat on the floor!! Having declined this option, I fortunately was offered to sleep in a room in front (which though didn’t have Wi-Fi), but the only thing they managed to offer instead of this wine cellar was a tiny standard room with a tiny window but without ANY features of the suite that we have paid for. Oh, and it was the next day, because our first night they said they’re “complet” and can’t do anything!! Finally, we sticked with this horrible dark room, where by the way it shakes you and wakes you up with the noises from of working engines and from the corridor... The stuff here is very incompetent, especially the receptionist girl, who is saying “We are complete” for any request and unwilling to do anything to keep up with the title “VIP hotel”. Location is horrible, there’s absolutely nothing to do here, the price is unimaginably high for such a level of service and I would say it’s a 2-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star one!! By no way!! That’s by far THE most horrible experience I’ve ever had in Paris!! Save your trip and don’t come here!! I have my last night here, and I can’t wait to get out of it!!

The food on the boat was to die for, it was delicious and big portions! The staff were really friendly and the rooms really comfortable. The boat wasnt very busy so it gave a very intimate feel to it. There was a singer during the meal which was nice, but a live band backing her would have made it perfect!

Venue pour fêter 1 anniversaire ( croisière suite)accueil très chaleureux le sourire et la disponibilité sont toujours présents. Cocktail sur le pont ultra apprécié .Mme la photographe trop géniale !!,dîner succulent avec le petit Chanteuse .dessert avec la petite bougie .suite bien équipée propre literie moelleuse.personnel professionnels et discret .très beaux et bons moments
J'y ai passé un excellent séjour. Mais ceci tenais plus des gens avec qui j'étais que de ce Yacht Hotel qui proposait une croisière sur la Seine dans Paris, puis un dîner et enfin une nuit d'hôtel. La croisière est très sympathique, l'hôtel est plutôt confortable. Quelques petits bémols. D'abord le prix des consommations pendant la croisière exorbitant, même comparés à des tarifs parisiens c'est dire. Le plat du repas le soir était très bon, servi en des quantités cependant très petites. Le dessert ressemblait à s'y méprendre à de la nourriture industrielle. Enfin la chambre était très bien aménagée, mais la douche était très petite. Je retire une étoile pour le manque d'eau. L'eau du robinet n'est pas potable et seul 2 bouteille de 33cl d'eau sont disponibles dans la chambre. Le reste étant en supplément... Donner une grande bouteille de 1.5L n'aurait pas été du luxe.
