It is a traditional Turkish Soup restaurant. I have tried all of the soups and other meals in this small restaurant. They serve free tap water and free plenty of bread. Without hesitation you can try each type of soup and you will love it. If your concern is very high related to hygine issues your expectation should not be very high...

One of my favorite restaurants in Paris !!!!! Very yum taste and cute place. The chili, the soup, the bread, the beans, the yogurt, the dessert... Everything is perfect
Didn't care much for the soup to be honest. Tried two kinds and they were very watery for my taste. The bread was really good though and the service is fast.
We went because of the high review score.. It absolutely disappointing. None of the soup had a good flavour. It was very blend. Price was ok.. you can try if you believe the high scores it got, but prepare yourself for the disapointment.
Only place I know to get a very nice Kurus Fasule in Paris.
Turkish cuisine. I like the fact that they have limited menu with focusing only things that they do best. Prices are also reasonable.
In my view, they serve probably the best tripe soup in the world. It’s absolutely super delicious and every single time when I’ll be in Paris, at least one Mardin soup is a must have. Simply love them and recommend it with all my heart. Affordable and high quality soup shop. The staff is very friendly and polite. To me their value is 5 stars and above. Thanks Mardin
