This laboratory has a policy to tell their reception that all hormone test must be taken before 10h in the morning, despite the fact that my doctor doesn’t even care. It is more important on which day of the cycle it is. They should definitely retrain their reception staff. Certain test can only be taken once a month, and nothing was mentioned on their website that it has to be taken in the morning. Despite my effort to beg them to let me take it, they just wouldn’t. They should let me take it and let the doctor decide whether this result is viable or not. A sincere note to this group. Next time I will personally call my doctor to force them to let me take the test. I was there at 12!!! These people are inhuman!

Laboratoire de très haute qualité. Je fais ici des prises de sang tous les 6 mois, et j'ai affaire à une professionnelle hors-pair (M.L). Ecoute, rapidité, professionnalisme : Je ne conseille pas, comme ça il y aura moins de monde, et moins d'attente ! (Ceci pour rire un peu...)

J’ai l’habitude d’aller dans ce laboratoire depuis des années car ils sont assez efficaces même s’il faut attendre parfois longtemps en salle d’attente. En revanche, ça m’a toujours « choqué » de n’avoir personne à l’accueil seulement une machine à ticket.
