Very nice \big boutique\ Mercedes, in the heart of the 16' arrondissement, in Paris. We had a problem with our Mercedes and Virginie, the lady who took care of us, was very professional and very helpful. It was late in the evening, close to the closing time, but she was not in a hurry, when talking with us. We left our car there and the morning after she solved our problem. It is nice when you are welcomed by such a nice Staff, ready to listen to you, to your problem, and ready to help you. Thank you! Highly recommended!

Fully disappointed with service. Personal is very inattentive, in-spite of I’ve repeated several times to change one more detail of the car, they forgot it and the member of staff who was in charge of my car didn’t answer neither phone calls, nor e-mails with a request to change it and add to the invoice.

The Mercedes-Benz Longchamp Paris website states that opening hours are until 19.00hrs during weekdays for both the showroom and the aftersales service. Getting there at 18.15hrs on a Wednesday the aftersales shop was \closed\ despite the fact that there was around 15 employees present. The manager of the Mercedes-Benz concession was unable to get the key to the shop or his employees to deliver my ordered parts. I start to understand that the Mercedes Benz slogan \the best or nothing\ means othing\...

Did my 25,000km service here. Took them about 7-8hrs. Went perfectly, they were on time & super friendly, let me a car for the day & even cleaned mine which was a pleasant surprise!

I bought my car here several years ago. I was sutisfied. The service is OK as well. The only thing that is not so comfortable for me is the fact that you should take a rendez-vous long in advance, sometimes several weeks, as the service is always full. Only for this reason I could choose another service station from time to time.
