Installed a new battery in my phone for 70 euro that had worse battery life than the original, year-old battery. When I asked for a replacement they told me to go to another store... I don't have the time to run around Paris, they should have fixed it on the spot. In future I'll get any phone repairs from the OEM.

Unfortunately experienced very bad customer service. I already expressed all of my indignation and especially service disappointment in the email to the company. So, if you want to save you time, money, nerves and good mood I would NOT recommend you to address this store. Despite they managed to fix my water damaged cell phone (for the only what I'm thankful) they didn't fix my laptop. Therefore, I contacted Mr phony's \Customer Service\ (super nice and helpful guys ) and they suggested me to address to another store located on 75 rue de Turenne, due to company's reparation garantie of 6 month. There they finally fixed my laptop and the service is much better, stuff more friendly and respectful Best regards, Aigerim.
Replaced the glass on my ipad air. Quick, friendly, professional, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend :)

Je ne sais pas à quoi cela sert de mettre un numéro de téléphone si on y répond jamais, 20 appels en trois jours restés sans réponse, forcément nous ne pouvons pas laisser de message car le répondeur est rempli.
J'ai été bien acueuilli, ils ont été très attentifs à ce que je leur ai dit, il a suffit juste de 20mn mou réparer le problème de mon iphone qui n'arrivait plus à se charger depuis 2jrs pour un prix assez intéressant. Un grand merci, je recommande !!!
Dernière visite hier 13/11. J'ai déjà eu besoin d'y aller pour mon téléphone précédent (écran et batterie) et aucun problème ensuite. Hier donc, j'y suis allé pour un nettoyage du téléphone actuel afin d'en finir avec un problème au niveau du connecteur. Le câble se débranchait tout seul. Le résultat est là, même si la personne m'a dit que ça pouvait être temporaire. En attendant, le câble ne se retire plus tout seul
