Discovered the cordonnerie (shoe repair shop) on internet a few days ago while looking for inner soles for my boots. The website has given me a good impression with their tips and fair prices, especially their videos. AND the shop itself has not disappointed - the staffs are patient, friendly and offered advice - and I mean it positively - they are the shoes and leather geeks who really know what they are talking about and will be able to offer you golden advice if you need to repair/ reboot/ maintain your favourite shoes. Superb store and service - only regret i have is that I had not discovered it sooner! And not surprised by the good rating!

I would not advise anybody to place an order with Monsieur Chaussure unless you want to be robbed of your money. I ordered some products online but there was an error in the system, which meant the order was not confirmed neither delivered but was charged to my credit card. I have been trying for more than two weeks to get a refund but after numerous emails through their Service Client link, I still have not been reimbursed. They are now not even responding to my messages and they do not answer the phone (i.e. I have ended paying international calls to only manage to listen jazz music). A pity as I had placed an order a month earlier and was very satisfied, but not reimbursing people’s money when there is an error in their system is absolutely shameful. I can accept that errors can happen and that it can take a few days to solve them, but this has now been going on for over two weeks In addition Customer Service communications are extremely unprofessional and scarce.

I am absolutely not happy with the service. Since August I am constantly writing message to get my refund but there is no respond. Nobody pick up the phone. There is item which is not delivered with the order and there are several items which I have returned by post. Where is my money? Where is respond? What kind of service is that? Adding to my previous review: I am still waiting for refund. There is only promise but since 5 months no refund for undelivered item and returned items.
I have still NOT received my order please see photo despite many emails I have received NO response I’m very disappointed in this company as they have failed to honour their promises! Please refund my money or send a replacement order as I have requested many times!
Very good service. They listen well and kindly advised me. My shoes were very old so I hesitated to show and ask if it’s possible to fix. It was NO PROBLEM ” they told me sommes options how I’m going to keep and also show me how they are going to work,too. I’m SUPER HAPPY to come here today! Highly recommend!! Bon cordonnier!!!
Revised edit please read! 48hr delivery, more like 96hrs!!!! The item i ordered was for a wedding and did not arrive on time as stated on the website, i will still use the item but unfortunately was not for the intended event. I will amend review regarding quality of product when it does arrive....i now why people tend to use Amazon for quicker delivery. Shame... Please don't state you can achieve certain things when in reality you can not!! Revised edit. Product is of great quality and very comfortable and with an apology from the company i award 4 stars, i will no doubt use again but will allow for longger delivery times. Wonderful quality with lovely craftsmanship.
