Mosaic Finance is a regulated investment company approved by Banque de France in January 2010 (Interbank code 18973) strongly capitalized with an initial 12 000 000 euros share capital. Our market making activity is performed for our own account and at our own risk: by contract with derivative exchanges we are committed to provide buy and sell orders using state of the art algorithms and quoting engines. We are not a hedge fund, we have no costumer, we do not advise investors, we have no opinion on the direction of the market. Our profitability relies on our strict risk management and on the performance of our systems and models. At Mosaic for each trader, two people work on research and development. Licensed in 2010, Mosaic is now Market Maker in Paris and Amsterdam (Euronext), London (ICE), Francfort (Eurex), Milan (IDEM), Madrid (MEFF), Stockholm and Helsinki (Nasdaq OMX) derivative exchanges. In 2015, Mosaic has traded over 10% of the total volume of single stock options on Euronext Paris. Our business of options trading for own account requires a high level of quantitative skills: R&D is at the heart of our expertise and we spend most of our investments on it. In constant interaction with the Front Office, our IT team designs tools (automated trading, access gateway market, managers positions) allowing us to assert our competitive position.
