I have used this Webspot many times and it has been so convenient, even when I am in remote farming areas in the east part of France. It works when I in the car or on a train and it is so nice to have the option of staying in close contact with my family. it stays charged well and I love it that I can add up to 4 more users who are traveling with me with unlimited 4G. I highly recommend this little WIFI Webspot in Europe.

Got what we expected and wanted - connectivity throughout Europe. Used this device for my family of 6 traveling through France, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy (coast to coast). Battery lasted really well. Collection was easy at Charles de Gaulle Airport and we returned it via a pre-addressed and pre-stamped envelope - couldn't be easier! I'll never do a European holiday without it!!
Great service! It's awesome when you can stay connected while travelling. The only negative point is sending it back. They do provide you with an envelope with postage on it, but it wasn't enough. Good thing I went into the post office to post it and didn't just throw it in the mailbox as suggested.
We used this on a recent 2 week trip to Switzerland and it worked like a charm. Very good connection for 2 phones and a laptop.On a previous trip we used a different company but found this one far better re connectivity and speed. We will surely use them again.
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this needs to be shared. I went backpacking through France and Italy solo and decided to bring portable wifi. I received it early for my trip which was nice and decreased my stress. While the device worked wonders in France, it did not work at all in Italy. If I even tried to search for an address I would receive an error message from my web browser saying it could not connect even though I was connected to the device. I reached out to customer service multiple times during my trip and I was sent pictures of their data. They didn't believe me when I told them that the device was NOT working. I sent screenshots of the failed service and I had someone argue with me about it and tell me that it worked in a country I didn't even go to. My phone worked better on its own roaming. The lack of customer service was outrageous. In the end, I did receive a refund for 10 of the 15 days even though it only worked for 2 of the 15 days. I believe the other 3 days they didn't refund me was when I turned on the device to try and see if it would work then quickly turned it off when it didn't so I guess you are charged for even turning it on even though it doesn't work. When I returned the device I received an email saying that it had not been returned, luckily I had a tracking number that proved it had been delivered. When I emailed them the tracking information they quickly responded and said they received it a couple of days ago. Go with another provider that knows how to treat customers and provides a service that works. Sketchy company, bad service.
Worked great on a trip to Singapore, very few issues, (rebooted once) good reception and speeds. Delivery on short notice (3 days) arrived on time and the return (using the prepaid option) was very easy as well. I will use this service again for locations where their fair use agreement is true unlimited data.
Unit arrived 6 days before our departure. Rarely we had no service, but worked well, even when hiking in the German and Austrian Alps. Easy return by self addressed envelope to nearest FedEx (a Walgreen's Drug Store for us). No need to rent a charge cable, as a short one was included in the kit. We chose not to rent a car with GPS, as we carried this hotspot wherever we went. Highly recommended!
