Jamais vu quelqu'un aussi hautain, au moment de lui demander un geste commercial il réponds: cela ne me changera pas ma vie de vous faire une réduction. Un non avec de la courtoisie suffis amplement.

Quand une cliente motivée pour acheter dit au commercial qu'elle voudrais tester le touché et écouter le SON c'est pas pour que lui a côté joue fort sur un autre piano comme un malade, du coup j'entendais pas les pianos que je testais et je suis partie...
