We are from Iran and came to this hospital in July 2019 for heart surgery of my son. The staff, especially nurses in cardiology department were accurate and kind. The processes of admission, operation, ICU and cardiology service were excellent. Thanks for all kindness, attention and taking care of my son. They helped us in hard days of hospitals and horrible day of operation. Without your helps, I do not know what would happen for my son. Just make some attention to cooling system of hospital in hot days of summer.

I took my son to ER on 31 December 2018.It was 1 am.He has a high fever for the past 3 days.I was very upset and angry in the waiting time we had to do for 2.5 hours and there were only 5 patients ahead of us.I had a bad night ever that my son is very sick and I can’t do much just to wait. But once we got attended my experience has totally changed . They have very professionall nurses and Drs and they were very gentle and welcome and they took enough time in my son checkup. I will surely advise it for kids and thank you for all the support give to my son.
Came as emergency case for my sons ear infection and fever. Extremely unhelpful staff, poor organization would not recommend for tourist.
Undoubtedly the best ice cream in all of France, and perhaps the entire EU. However, the lines at 31, rue St. Louis can get very long during the summer months. I recommend waiting, it's definitely worth the wait. Berthillon Glacier can be found in restaurants all around Paris, but you'll pay much more, sometimes double, and you'll get smaller portions, if you can believe it. I'm not one to queue up for anything - but this is an experience I recommend not missing.

Visited Emergency Room with a 7yo while on a trip to Paris. In and out in 30min with a straightforward illness. Very refreshing after expected hours in ED in US. Everyone was very helpful and accommodated to our deficiencies in French communication. Thank you!
