Small but really nice Nespresso boutique in one of the nicest neighbourhoods of Paris. Very professional and friendly staff at the ready to help you with the buying machines or explain the subtleties of all the varieties of coffee on offer.

Fun little shop to pick out some new or favorite nespresso flavors.

Very busy place but you can quickly and easily pick up any pods you need for your coffee maker! Their walls are like coffee pod heaven! You can also try out any coffees from any of their machines at the front.

The service was really bad. Workers were just talking with them and not asking anything to us. They seems like they didn’t care what they werw doing ... we bought a lot but didn’t even say anything when we got out. Other Nespresso shop was not like that. Really disappointed and not going there again for sure.

Great experiential retail store. Super cool space with hundreds of flavours to choose from.

Sat at the back of the store waiting to sample the new coffee pod from Ethiopia, picked up 2 sachets of sugar as I like sweet coffee, no one came, I threw them in my shopping bag with 4 sleeves of Coffee and went to pay, the customer service representative practically accused me of stealing the 2 sachets of sugar, made a big deal out of it, I asked for his name but he refused, never have I experienced such rudeness in any Nespresso outlet, so be careful of this one, lucky for me I have the receipt with his code and will send an email, 2 tiny sachets of brown sugar what an incident.

Ridiculously slow and complicated to buy coffee. Even their self-service is a maze of questions. Enough already.
