They are very nice and helpful, they offer you free coffee, the store is well located and very clean.

I went yesterday with my mum to buy coffee. The lady that helped us was really nice, after helping us she asked us if we wanted to try the new selection of coffee. My mum had a large cup while I had a small cup. Unfortunately it’s was too hot for me so I asked if I could have a bigger cup so I can hold it without being burned. The lady was about to give it to me when her manager came out of nowhere and rudely told me quote “ you asked for a small coffee you will have it in a small cup if we give you a big cup someone else won’t have it” and storm out of coffee bar. I have never been treated like that in a nespresso store!!!! Giving a client who just bought a lot of coffee a bigger cup is not going to ruin the store. I will certainly not come back there nor recommend this store to anybody.
I arrived just to get a simple coffee box. I went to the corner, got it, and when I went to pay for it on the self checking, it could not recognize the content of the package, asking me to go talk to a sales person. I went and the sales person got mad, yes, mad at me because I didn’t self check out “correctly”. Treated me without respect at al. Did not look at my face, put his card on the machine and left me there to continue by myself. I am fluent in French. So language communication was not a problem. Is this the kind of customer treatment that Nespresso is doing right now? I don’t recommend. Go elsewhere and buy another coffee from another seller.
Very inflexible. Bad service. Staff had BO. No one speaks English. Not helpful if you're not part of French membership. Won't buy from here again.
Small shop but ideally located if you're passing by St Lazare and need to buy coffee.
