We booked a car for 4 people. The price was actually cheaper than a taxi and a lot easier to work with. Our driver was quiet and polite. We got to the airport in ample time.

Confirmation received in couple of hours. In confirmation e-mail it turned out, that only cash payment is available (I'm not used to take cash to my trips, luckily this timeI had some cash) . Although our driver was very careless (driving on 2 lanes multiple times etc.), we got from hotel to airport without any delay. Car was old, but price was also cheaper than other service providers.
Very good service. The drivers were on time both arrival and departure. The driver that drove me to my hotel couldn’t speak English but still gave his best to communicate! Overall I am satisfied with their service. For reference I was traveling alone and on a 3 day trip. Hat to get a private car because there weren’t any people that needed to drive in my direction.

Paris is a lovely place. We had good experience from the time we arrived. Paris airport shuttle service was good and prompt. The vehicles were in good condition. The driver was good and helpful. The drive was safe. The people in Paris are good. Overall experience good.
Excellent service! Car was very clean, driver was helpful with luggage and arrived promptly (did not speak English and my French is very poor but we figured it out), cost comparable to a taxi with less hassle. Easy communication with WhatsApp when we had to make changes in our reservations and confirmations. Would definitely use Paris Airport Shuttle again.

Their service was easy to book, prompt, and on schedule. The driver was courteous and spoke fluent English and French. On top of that, despite being a private shuttle service, their prices were better than a taxi or the airport bus for a group of 6. Highly recommend if traveling with a large group.
