I would give this place 10 stars if I could! A simple classy incredible tiny business that gives the best service and transformed my Parisian holiday from an expensive transportation nightmare into a reasonably priced sightseeing JOY! For 40 euros for 5 days and 60 hours of safe biking all over the Paris capital in a well maintained sturdy machine. Thank you so much for the 4 hour city bike tour to familiarize me with the most culturally rich, historic but hip areas in the downtown core. And for the well maintained bike not to mention the training and experience to safely and courageously navigate the cobblestone, the cars, the pedestrian and just the wild make no sense street traffic ...as well as the non stop 24hr goings on safely! All staff are warm, friendly and super informative even to non french speaker. I will be back! I hope the world reads this and gets to know the best side of Paris sightseeing affordably. All readers save your money and Bike Paris from these knowledgable helpers! One more quick note: Veleb street bikes are fine but expensive and complicated for non French speakers to navigate purchasing and only go by the hour. This is the place to go not those ones on the street.

Great way to see the city
The people here are really friendly, know a lot about the bikes they rent out and good at answering questions. Great rate to rent a bike. I paid 15 Euros per day for a 7-speed durable hybrid bike that got me everywhere I needed to go. Did not need to waste lots of money on transportation after renting from here. They also do regular maintenance on their bikes, so, unlike the cheaper Velib bikes, these are not likely to break on you in any way. Mine had no problems at all. Recommended highly.

We waited for over an hour before being greeted by the only staff member in the shop. I understand that making sure the clients that came before us was important, but we were left standing there as if we were invisible whilst he fixed up their bikes. And then afterwards we were informed that they were out of bikes - something that could’ve been told to us from the beginning if he had bothered to ask us whether we needed anything. As if we would just stand there to chat and say hi!? Absurd.

Great company. They gave me the best service possible. I generally use the velib service when I visit Paris but I recommend renting a bike from Paris Bike Tour as it is soo much better and soo much easier. They are quick, easy, give recommendations on where to bike and all around they provide an amazing experience.
