When you start your rental you receive a detailed statement with the state of the house and forniture, that saves time and avoid issues. I have used Paris-Housing for over 10 years to manage my condo in Paris. They have been excellent in finding and screening tenants as well as maintaining the property. This year I decided to renovate the property between tenants and they did a great job in managing the project from start-to-finish including recommending materials, finishes, and furniture and overseeing contractors and deliveries.
I have been in contact with many apartment rental agencies in Paris and Paris-housing.com is by far the best. They are very responsive, take initiative and bend over backwards to help. I was dealing with Julie Mercier and she couldn't have been more helpful.
I would highly recommend Paris Housing to anyone needing help finding an apartment in Paris! My husband and I moved to Paris on two different occasions (2017 and 2019) and both times have had an amazing experience with this agency. As soon as we walked into their offices, Monsieur DuPont greeted us warmly and was extremely helpful and fluent in English. (Don’t even waste your time with other agencies, we contacted multiple ones, but they never responded to our emails and didn’t seem to want to help us when we visited their offices in person.) He showed us the apartment we were interested in that very same day and the entire process of moving in was quick and easy. He even helped us set up renters insurance by calling the insurance company himself and setting it all up for us. When we moved back to Paris for a second time, we did not hesitate to contact him again. This time, we were able to find another beautiful apartment and sign another year long lease before ever even arriving in Paris! Mr. DuPont was kind enough to coordinate showing the apartment to one of our friends so she could send us photos. Anytime we contacted them about an issue in our apartment, we got an immediate response and a speedy solution. In response to some of the above comments I saw, I think it’s obvious and goes without saying, but of course make sure to read the lease; they do ask for two months notice. My husband and I had to cut our lease short by about a month and a half, so we made sure to give 60 day notice of our intent to leave and we had no issues at all. I do not have enough wonderful things to say about this agency. Very professional! If we ever move to Paris again, Paris Housing will be the first place we look to. Thank you so much!

Paris Housing has been wonderful to us. They helped us get an apartment almost 4 years ago, and even though we have had almost no contact in years, they're still immediately responsive and helpful whenever I ask for their assistance.
I would like to recommend Mr. Dupot from the Paris Housing agency. First, he managed to find a perfect apartment for my family in a very short time period. During our stay in Paris he was always at our disposal regarding different reparations, questions about bills etc. Finally, when the moment came to leave the apartment he helped us a lot with the administration so that our moving out went very smoothly. Don't hesitate to contact Mr. Dupont if you are looking for a flat in Paris!
