Awful awful service. We were promised a crib for our baby and arrived to no crib. We contacted and they said one was on it's way. Long story short, they only sent one when we threatened to contact Airbnb and suddenly the crib was actually on its way (4 hours later) My poor baby, but no remorse from the company only sarcasm and annoyance that I wanted them to do what they agreed upon. When the crib finally came, it was broken. We made due as it was so late at that point, but did not feel safe or comfortable staying after that. We cancelled the rest of our stay and will be contacting Airbnb to let them know if their unscrupulous ways. Update: we gave them a chance to rectify and refund us a portion of our stay but they refused and said they did nothing wrong. I contacted Airbnb and after an investigation was granted a full refund.

This review is not about the property. It's about the company and it's customer service. I wrote a long and laborious review detailing the event but decided to boil it down to this, still lengthy, review: After booking an apartment and giving them images of my passport along with my credit card info (front and back) ; I received an email that read \Paid in Full\. I waited for the code to enter my apartment for over a week at home. Fast forward to the day of travel, I kept texting as I was boarding my plane to Orly airport. I arrived and still did not receive the code. I was left without lodging, around midnight, alone, next to Notre Dame, dragging my luggage, in the rain waiting for the code to enter my apartment in the Marais. I was alone and speak very little French. Let that image set in. I ended up at the first hotel I can get to by foot and stayed there for the duration of my vacation. It was expensive but I just couldn't deal with PICK A FLAT anymore. I asked for my money back and was met with a horrible attitude ending with o\. Now I'm out of hundreds of dollars and no recourse. This is my experience with PICK A FLAT.
We stayed in an apartment by this agent in St Germain de Pres, very conveniently located in a quiet and leafy part of Paris. A good size for 3 people with all the modern comforts such as flat screen TV with Netflix, Coded door access, USB ports, air conditioning unit, powerful shower and free Wi-Fi. In the middle of heat wave in Paris, it was great to have a cool room to retun to. Prompt and professional customer service from their staff even before our stay. Definitely recommend it.
