Must visit in Paris !! Located at the end or beginning of the Champs Élysées depends on your reference !! A piece of the history of France . Many people were guillotined in the center of the square - Queen Marie Antoinette and King Louis XVI during the French Revolution !! It is a super busy and super well maintained square. Parisian and many tourists frequent this place! There is a fountain and an Obelisk! Super recommended

Hi everyone, I know who you are, and what answer you are looking for... Sometimes it's better to keep quiet about some secret. But I would like to say this : to this area there is some forces, energy, spirits who does not like dirts... Thank you for your understanding

This square has an incredible historical importance combined with the most unique beauty given by the fountains and the impressive Egyptian Obelisk as well as the perspective towards the Champs Elysees and the other three sides as well. The night view is magical and highly recommended.

Originally the square was called Louis XV (1758). During the French Revolution, the square became one of the great meeting places of the revolutionary period, especially when the guillotine was installed there. This is where Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were executed. It is estimated that some 1,119 people were publicly decapitated in the square during the French Revolution. In the square there are two fountains, the one to the south commemorates the maritime trade and industry of France, and the fountain to the north commemorates navigation and trade on the rivers of France.

This place is amazing. The horns blaring aloud. Once you get to the Champs Elysee there is so much history plan for a couple hours here!

Beautiful place. I especially love the beautiful fountains which are often a feature in many films..., they are the fountain that she dumps her mobile phone at the end of \The Devil Loves Prada.

Pretty cool obelisk, which was a gift from Egypt and is around 3,000 years old.

Absolutely stunning. I love the lantern lights dotted around. The view of the Eiffel Tower, the Arch De Triumph and the Touleres Garden are stunning
