The lady who was supposed to help us was disrespectful. No matter the big or small budget people have, saleswoman have to help. She gave us the dresses and left. We tried one dress and the lady disappeared for a matter of time. Even her coworkers were asking where she was. At the end we left, didn't even tried the dresses we chose, said thank you and goodnight....the lady didn't reply. Bad service.

Joanna was superb! I had a very good time in Pronovias with her. She is patient and friendly, she gave me great recommendations for my wedding gowns and answered all my enquiries promptly! Definitely gonna get the dress with her! The ship has all the dresses on the catalogue, though it’s all in big sizes, but I still got to try them with the assistance of Joanna, and visualized it. Bravo Joanna, à bientôt!

MUCH better experience than Place Victoire. Noemi and Jalila took care of me. They were very supportive, kind, and helpful. -1 star because the toilet was broken and I guess there was only one... It would have been a better experience if they could let us know that ahead of the appointment so my pregnant friend and I could have gone to the toilet before to freshen up. If it had not been for Noemi and Jalila, I would not have purchased my dress at Pronovias. Thank you two again for helping me find my dream dress.
The rudest people ever! I love the brand and have been always wanting to get my wedding dress from them but they are super rude and I wont get anything from them

Suite au covid notre mariage à l'étranger à du être annuler... Nous n'avions versé que le premier \accompte\, aucun geste de pronovias même pour proposer de rembourser une partie de la somme engagée, car ce n'est pas un cas de force majeur selon eux. Service client à fuir !!
