Exquisite customer service! Mehdi in Pronovias shop in rue d’aboukir is the perfect person to support any bride through her journey not just for the dress. He and his colleagues in the shop are very attentive to your needs! They even communicated with me effectively although I was not in Paris during the making of my dress. I would highly recommend them if you want a smooth and supportive hunt for a dress!

Dresses are pretty however I would note some of our negative experience in the shop: On the website it's written, you dont need to book appointment for cocktail dresses, but in reality we had to wait 30minutes in the salon. They let me try a dress in 34 which they assumed is my size. The dress was huge!!! Looking rather like a 44! They said they didn't have anything smaller so we ordered it anyway, thinking we can just take it to the tailor for a bit of retouch... When I picked up the dress and I tried it, this 34 was tight. Luckily it is fitting, but we expected a much bigger dress. Turned out, in the shop they just gave me some random size to try. When I picked my dress they said they do not accept checks. Ofc I havent been informed about it ahead so had to come back 2x. The 2nd time the shop assistant spent more time on his mobile phone then taking care of his customers. To sum up: The dress is super nice however customer service is far behind the expected standards of a luxury brand.

Nadège was just adorable, she really helpt me to find my dress but the other shop in paris(7 Rue saint Roch) which I went to pick up my dress was disappointing, specially their behaviour, not welcoming at all, they put the wrong veil in my cover and I found it when it was too late in my own country and i couldn't do anything :(

I went here after going to another location that was closed for construction. Nobody told me the exact address and it wasn't on google. So after calling to find out, they sent me to the right location where I obviously missed my appointment. But they were unapologetic for me not knowing the right location and I waited for another hour for someone to tell me that i had to come back at another time. Worst customer service I have experienced for a bridal shop
