I love your jewelry pieces and have bought quite a few. The reason I gave four stars over 5 is because I have been trying to find out how to mail a piece to you that needs repair, the thread is wearing thin because I have had it for awhile and wear it a lot. I have looked on your website, and it gives the address, but not anymore information, that I have found, on Is there a charge for repairing the bracelet, etc...Can someone help me with this? Thank you!

I placed an order on website on 3/8. But till now, I haven’t received it. No one answer the phone. Either, cannot use website email, cause it only accept Latin characters. Please let me know how to check the shipment.

Rude and horrible experience. They don't answer the door, why so much security when other jewelry stores have much higher priced items than them? The woman who answered was rude and the whole experience was bad.
I wanted to go so badly, but the store it's in a second floor, there's no ring o way to get there, I stand like 20 minutes figuring out how to get there and no body answers the phone.... Bad experience for me
