I wish I packed more outfits in preparation for the millions of photo-ops. We came here as a last minute booking got cancelled and the Shangri La was more than I could’ve ever prepared for initially. Thank you for the brilliant service. Will be back for our next anniversary
One the best choices in town. Beautiful view from the room and the best service. They are working in accordance with the rules due to the pandemic and you feel safe.
A fantastic experience fantastic location. The staff went over and above in all aspects on my arrival. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facilities were also incredible including the restaurant, the bar, the lounge, the spa and pool. The food was extremely good. I have to say I look forward to returning some time soon.

Dreamy place for all the hotel lovers. Extremely perfect and professional service hotel for hospitality industry. It is s palace for great event and collecting all the best memorable moments. Especially the bath in the hotel room is clean and elegant with the view.
Review Shangri-La Chinese restaurant : The five courses lunch menu was excellent. Enveloped by traditional Chinese vibe, the room was decorated accordingly. The foos was delicious but it sticks to the simple traditional Chinese dish without no surprises. Unless, the service was nice, but a bit robotic in few occasions. Recommended!
