I have been going to suitsupply for about 6 years now and have always received good advice, excellent service, and great suits. When I moved to Paris, Suitsupply had just opened a shop. Ever since its opening, I have developed a good relationship with the team, especially Maisra Ghonim. Since the day I met Maisra, I have always received great advice tailored to my own needs and I admit that he manages to exceed my expectations every single time. On top of that, he's always impeccably dressed, hence his expertise. Now, I go to Suitsupply (and Maisra) for most of my suits.
Thanks you for everything ! The experience with Maisra Ghonim was amazing ! I start to try my first suit with him and he advice me perfectly ! Now I have 7 suitsupply suits ! You can believe in his advice and he work. I did a costume made too with him and now it’s my favorit one ! Thanks for every advices and time ! See you soon for the next suit !
Great overall experience in Paris' Suitsupply store. There are always multiple advisers that are ready to welcome you and assist you making the right choices among the large panel of suits and accessories available in the store. During my last two visits, I was assisted by Maisra who is a very talented and passionate style adviser. If you’re looking for a tie or a pocket square that will make your suit stand out, reach out to him ! After buying two suits, I came back to the store willing to buy a tie, and I ended up buying other accessories that I wouldn't have thought about, but that ended up being game changers. Lastly, Maisra was kind to reach out to me by email during the last lockdown to give me an early access to Suitsupply's online Outlet store.
Products and services are excellent! They even provide care to customer !
Bought a pair of navy flannel pants here two months ago. Wore it about 15 times at the office, until I noticed it had ripped at the back, which is NOT supposed to happen with new clothes. Went back to the store, they told me I was probably “too fat” (!) — I’m 61kg for heaven’s sake, AND they had originally fitted the pair... Also told me there was “no customer warranty if clothes had been worn”, which is legally wrong. Nice shop, terrible after-sale service, lost 139. UPDATE : Suitsupply customer service answered in March that they had « forwarded [my complaint] to store management and asked them to contact [me] as soon as possible to have this resolved ». Store management never contacted me.
