Little cosy café brewing excellent speciality coffees and baking fantastic breads. Their first Café in Paris is by the Canal Saint-Martin. Finally, they have opened a new Café un Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

One little minus - tiny place with not much room, doesn’t give you a cosy feeling to stay longer. The rest is quite decent.
Small chill coffeeshop to work (they have wifi) or for a quick lunch break. Really enjoy the sweet snacks there, the sweet bun is always really good. Would have given a higher rating but just a bit overpriced.
Cool little spot with fantastic and super friendly staff.

(Instagram: @pain.paris) 생마르탱 운하 근처에 맛있는 사워도우와 커피로 유명한 Ten Belles 베이커리가 봉막쉐 백화점 인근에 3호점을 오픈했다는 소식 아니나 다를까 건강빵으로 유명한 샌프란시스코의 타르틴과 코펜하겐의 미라벨에서 경험을 쌓으신 사장님이 계신 곳이랍니다 . 빵에 대한 자부심이 만만치않은 프랑스이기 때문에 '모든 빵집이 맛있고 건강한 빵을 만들것'이라는 안심을 심어주지만, 실제로 빵집에서 일했을 적에 반죽이 부풀어 오르는 시간을 단축하기 위해 첨가하는 황산칼슘, 감미와 부피를 증가시키기 위해 들어가는 도우 유연제와 유화제 그리고 보존제까지 꽤 다양한 첨가물이 들어간다는 것을 확인하고는 놀란 적이 있어요. 때문에 파리도 유기농 BIO 단어를 앞세우며 건강빵임을 강조하며 마케팅하는 빵집들이 많아지고 있답니다
