A wonderful hidden spot to help work out the kinks and knots from months of stress. I got the back massage to help with a knot that has settled deep in my shoulder with reflexology and a head massage after. They were absolutely fantastic and really helped me both work on getting the knot out but understand how to keep it from coming back.
