Fraud Alert! Do not buy from this company!!! This company sells stock they DO NOT have and they promise delivery when they have no idea when it will be available. I ordered a ceiling lamp on November 26 and date for delivery was December 11. It never arrived. After numerous emails I finally heard from Mathilde. She advised the product would not be available til January 8. I asked her specifically would there be further delays and she guarenteed it would be dispatched no problem on January 8 so I continued with the order. This day came and went. I've now chased again and it now won't be in stock til the 14th. There is zero follow up or communication unless you chase them.

I have ordered quite a few things from this store. Here is my experience : The customer service is excellent. You can call their 09 number and talk to someone immediately. Their products have been consistent with what I was expecting. They have some excellent design products and excellent taste. Some of the manufacturers they work with might make mistakes or take long to send the products, I am understanding, so I think they need to find a way to speed things up a bit and make sure that the manufacturers they work with respect their delays and exigences. Other than that, I can say that this is a great shop and I recommend buying from them. I will amend this if necessary, but for now, I am pleased.
