Fast, polite, efficient. It remains to be seen whether the visa will be issued.

I see on your website that your center is closed due to the lockdown. How will I get my passport back? I paid for the express courier return. Will it come directly from the UK to my address?

I submitted my visa application on 24 November and the decision was supposed to be made within 15 workings. After 15 working days, I didn't hear anything back from this center and I wrote them an email to see how my application went. They told me my application had been processed by the UKVI and asked me to wait for further notice. However, I felt there might be something wrong, so I called the UKVI help center directly and they saw nothing regarding my application on the system. Few days later, TLScontact required me to visit the center to resubmit my biometrics because the UKVI didn't receive them and couldn't process my application. They kept my passport in the center for three weeks and didn't process my application at all. What an awful and unreliable center! They are unable to take good care of the visa applications, and they cannot save and transfer the sensitive personal information properly. The tracking system is not trustworthy neither.

1. The TLSContact server was not working so I could not upload the documents, the next day during the appointment they were asking 35 to help me scan my documents, while the computers there are useless since you can't download the docs to upload them on the website. 2. There are no free appointments even though you have already paid for the visa on the gov.uk website so the cost of the visa doubles. 3. To amend your appointment you need to cancel your previous one and pay for the new one. 4. Even though there aren't many people, you still wait quite a bit since only 1/3 biometrics machines are working. No idea what I paid the 111 for. And this company continues to be UK's visa middleman for years.

You can book an appointment but you can't amend one without having to upgrade to Premium Lounge or whatever its called, for 80 euros. The website simply won't allow your amended booking to process. There is also NO PHONE NUMBER to call, and calling UK TLS? Well, they refuse to help. All in all, a classic example of rip off British public services outsourcing, selling tenders to a European company (Teleperformance) who proceed to try and squeeze every penny out of you. Unimpressed!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Paid 200 euros for nothing. I applied for UK visa with premium services, and never got an anwser. 6 months later they contact me to come and get my visa. When I open the passport, the visa is issued long time ago and it is still valid 6 days. I tried to request refund 5 times but they never respond. They will send you automatic mails saying that it is not their fault but the ambassy's. In fact yes it is their fault, the ambassy did their job long time ago but TLS contact kept the visa for 6 months without telling me to come and collect it. To sum up, dishonest customer service, got 200 euros stolen just like that, no way to file a complaint. I do not recommend at all.
