Ayant fait appel à eux pour 2 X 1h30 de menage, la personne que j ai eu m'a dit qu elle allait appeler son chef d equipe et qu il allait me recontacter....il y a de cela presque une semaine. ...Aujourd'hui, je rappelle, j apprends qu ils sont overbookés et qu il n y a pas de rendez vous possible avant 2 semaine...je pense qu ils auraient pu rappeler par courtoisie afin de prévenir de leur indisponibilité.
