A wonderful your. A great tour guide and many interesting timelines about french culture. We had many other stops include in the Normandy tour near the coast. A 2 hour lunch and city tour and frequent breaks.

Very satisfied with France Tourisme. Booked tour before going to France and arranged to be picked up from hotel then driven to coach departure location. Made it far more pleasant getting there, worth the extra cost. Our coach tour, in a luxury coach, was about an hour an half each way. Tour guide was knowledge and provided information enroute. Bilingual; France, Spanish, and English. At the venue informed the group the best vantage points. Would use France Tourisme again.

This is my first time ever writing a Google maps review; it was that bad. This place is absolutely awful. Stay far away. They bought us skip-the-queue tickets for the Palace of Versailles and charged us full price. When we got there in the morning for pickup we were told they actually told us they’d made a mistake and couldn’t get us those tickets, so they gave us some money back. The bus left late and we got to the Palace at around 9:20; we had to wait close to an hour so we only got in at 10:15 when we should have been inside by 9! They apparently also messed up the tickets for another 10 adults for whom they purchased children’s tickets. Those people didn’t even get to go inside and had to wait outside in the rain.

Went on one of their tours that had a bus transfer. Got the sorest knees ever, as their seats are way too close together. Find another tour company if you are over 1.8m tall!

I booked online and everything went smooth, I get the skip the line ticket and pay extra for pick up at my hotel ...But! The instructions said be ready at 7:15 to pick up, I was ready and nobody shows up so I call the agency and they said it will be little late but they will pick me up a private car ( they couldn’t provide me with description), after waiting for 15 min I suddenly got a txt my ride was cancel, not even a call! !! So I called and ask what happened and they only said driver cancel :/ at that point I just got an Uber of course when I got there I ask for my refund ( because Paid extra for pick up) they did and I was told will take 5 to 8 days. Then we all get in the bus to leave (15 min late) once we get there we wait soooo long to enter, guide very unorganized with tickets and people, once we were inside ready for our audios he have to go a outside because a mix up with tickets and we ended enter to the museum about at almost 11:00 !!! All other grops just pass us ahead !! We paid for the full day but other people have to leave by 12 !!! Just leaving then one hours to explore the place which was ridiculous. And to finish by the end of the day we were told meet outside before 5:45 because the bus will leave by that time as schedule, we all meet at that point and we have to wait for the bus to come until 6, we were freezing and the last people to leave the place!!!! Very very unorganized an unprofessional. My trip was to Versailles Palace.
