We had a huge problem with the Travelex Money Card. It wouldn't work on amounts over 20 euros we couldn't even take out our cash from the ATMs. This went on for 3 day but Mr Khaldi really helped us solve the problem with customer service. So moral: do not waste your time with the card, honestly but at least the people at the office were willing to help

Bad experience à non professional team and a racist manager. Even don't try it for a transfer or exchange.
Lying cheats in that exchange. Don't go there even if your life depended on it. For starters, they can't even speak French or English properly. I don't even know where they get their exchange rates from, since when has the pound ever been lower than the euro. And also the guy that served me was a prick. Summary: don't go here, just walk down the road for a proper exchange.
Bad experience with de-tax service. After visiting them at both champs-elyseés stores they couldn't provide the service, provider me with different execuses and at the end I was referred to do the de-tax at the airport. If you cannot provide the service don't advertise it. Never again to visit you..
Leagaly correct but clear cheating the way they sell things with vocal fine prints !!! Horrible rates and they trick you and sell the travel card saying you have no harges , but they charge a rate higher compared to ther fx guys such that you will indirectly end up paying 25 EUR for the card
They are a fraud. 73 Euro for 100 dollar.
