Everything is fine! Qualitatively and quickly. I sent my passport to get my visa and the whole process took less than a week. During this week (while I was expecting), I contacted the consultants VFS Global three times (by the chat line) and I got careful support, clear answers and assistance. My passport returned to me quickly, intact and safe, on the date that they indicated to me. Many thanks to your service!

I used online chat and told them, I am in Paris to pick up my passport. They sent the pass by post without contacting me. I spend whole day waiting at Embassy. Embassy told me to go to VFS to pick the passport. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. They respond me at the desk, you didn't tell us to not send it. MOTHER of GOD...
Everything went quite well when I gave them my permits application, half of the staff was helpful and nice (the guy was really nice, the girl was talking to me like she was my teacher or something... ). It was 25 days ago. Since then.... Nothing. No news whatsoever about my application. While the embassy website updates the waiting delay and it says \1 week\. Last week, after 3 weeks of waiting, I called them, they said \some applications take more time than others\... Then a few days after, I sent an email, same answer. Then today I chatted online, guess what? Same answer. Well I'd love to have proper informations, that would be helpful to me, not just a basic answer, because I'm supposed to fly away in 6 days now, and I don't have my permits, and I have no idea why, except that \some applications take more time than others\...!!!
The worst experience ever. The call center is located in India, but the handling office in Paris. So when you call them they have no idea about whether your passport has been received or what is so ever. My passport was delevired in they office 3 days ago. And I have their signature of acceptance as a proof but they claim that it is not there yet. Call center just postpone things and ask to call later. I will also complain to Canadian embassy about what of incompetent agency they hired to handle the visas.
It went quite fast for me. I went to give my biometrics and i met really lovely personnel. It was fine.
I live in Switzerland and had to send my passport over for the final documentation check and visa stamp. I had my doubts after reading the reviews here and felt really nervous sending something as important as a passport over, but everything went smoothly. I could reach vfs paris from all channels: live chat, email, phone and got the help I needed. After about a week and a half (I sent my doc via DHL, which took one day, and requested for courier back), I finally got the passport back. This might not be true for other cases, but I'm glad things went faster than expected for me.
