Went in after a 10 year pause from painting and Olivier took the time to show and explained all the new things that have happened with Games Workshop, we talked for over an hour about the lore and had a great conversation, best customer experience I have ever had in a Games Workshop. He motivated me to get myself a starter pack and I'm really excited to start again. The shop is very clean, lots of stock and some great books to fly through. If you pass by, be sure to go in and say hi, you won't regret it.
