The people working there is ABSOLUTELY UNFRIENDLY. Also, try to arrive 30 minutes before it closes otherwise you will not be accepted by that very same working people. Totally different feeling from the guitare shop next to this shop with really unfriendly workers.
Dropped in during a visit from Ireland to see a Dexibell S9 keyboard, which Woodbrass sell on their website. They did not have it on display, but got one in from their mail order store especially for me to try out against a Nord Stage 3, before I left Paris again. Unfortunately, the Dexibell did not work - unfixable software problem. The Woodbrass people had kept in touch on the phone and informed me about all this, before I made the second trip out there. Really a nice store with pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. I spent a good hour playing 'round with the Nord. But I was not convinced about the piano sound and feel without the possibility to compare with the Dexibell, which appeared to have a better keyboard and on the web reviews also a better piano sound. I left without buying anything.
Love my piano but they forgot my piano bench and still one month later....no sign of it.
The staff is a bit grumpy and lazy but if you push them a bit you'll get some advices.

Super ! Les vendeurs ont su me conseiller pour ma première guitare. Vraiment je les recommande.
Très déçu! D'une part pas très commerçant en magasin. Et ensuite au téléphone la personne m'indique bloquer un piano afin que je le récupère avant Noel. Je lui demande de bien le mettre de côté et si je pouvais régler au moment du retrait, apparemment cela ne posait pas de problème. J'appelle ce jour pour confirmer ma venue demain comme convenu et bien évidemment il n'y avait pas l'instrument en stock... Vraiment déçu de ne pas pouvoir faire confiance et je me retrouve aujourd'hui à quelques jours des fêtes à devoir trouver une autre solution... Je ne conseille donc pas!!
