Fabulous chocolates from one of France's best artisans

The chocolates were superb but one less star because they said I had to fill the box I chose completely. Their reasoning was that it's the requirement for the art/presentation. I wasn't aware of that at the beginning of my order. I ended up buying more than I wanted.
Caution: Enter this store only with your head bowed. Clean your shoes thoroughly before, so that you don't dirty anything. Be silent, show fear and deep respect, because you will meet the glory in person. Don't talk to them (the saleswomen)! Just deposit your money and receive whatever is given to you, with the deepest gratitude. Leave the shop backwards and deeply bent again. If you do not follow this rules, then it will fare for you like us. We were so bold, raised our heads and asked for a packaging and a product, that we always bought here in the past. But for this wrongdoing we immediately received the bill. One of the saleswoman - probably a former drill instructor - became very displeased and got really, really snotty... Wow, what an experience! Seriously: It's indeed quite outrageous the level of presumptuousness and arrogance that the chocolate saleswomen are permitted to practice here! You know what Patrick? Keep your stuff! We prefer from now on to buy where the customer is still treated friendly and with respect. But good luck for your future with the business practices shown! Sincerely, a former customer

Les chocolats Patrick ROGER sont tout simplement exquis et presque sans concurrence. Cela fait prés de 2 décennies que je suis client de cette chocolaterie à SCEAUX. Mme Véronique ROGER est toujours à votre écoute pour vous conseiller. Lorsque, vous rencontrez un problème avec un des produits (ce qui est extrêmement rare), elle vous remercie pour votre retour et vous fait un geste commercial. Une vraie patronne qui a gardée la proximité avec ses clients malgré le succès. Bravo! A conseiller, à abuser si vous aimez le chocolat noir de qualité sans modération.
