Came here once because it showed as a partner on Moto Guzzi's website. My motorcycle was not starting and I came to ask if the mechanic could possibly have a quick look to let me know what the issue was. The lady at the reception was extremely unfriendly. When I asked her to speak French slowly because I am not fluent in it, she instead started screening louder. She told me that the mechanic was busy for two weeks and could not see my bike. For someone who is travelling, waiting two weeks is impossible. I mostly needed the mechanic to have a quick look to let me know the issue so I could organise myself. She told me to come the next day and the mechanic could possibly have a look. I never came back so I cannot say anything about the quality of mechanical service, however customer service was zero, so much so that I did not wish to ever go back.
