Très, très déçue. On dirait que ils n'ont pas touché aux vêtements qui étaient toujours tachés, froissés, et pleins de poils. À éviter. So very disappointed. I took 4 garments to be cleaned. When I brought them home, I discovered that they were still stained, wrinkled and worst of all, full of hair! Avoid.
