Very nice clean hotel. Close to old town Eguisheim and close to all other medieval little wine towns. I highly recommend it for families. The swimming pool had warm water in August. It has also a small pool for babies. The reception laddies were so kind and they are very well organized. The hotel has a bakery from 8am to 10am if I remember well and the bread and pasties are awesome. They also sell milk which make the life easy for you and you feel in vacation. The hotel has a free underground garage so you do not have to worry about finding a spot in the little streets.

In February we paid for our stay at this hotel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to covid. We wrote at least 5 e-mails to the hotel, no reply. Only an answering machine on the telephone number. We lost our vacation and our money. I definitely do not recommend this hotel, watch out for them !!
This place has the potential to be a very nice accomodation, but it's in very poor condition. The rooms have coffee makers but there are no coffee filters. We had very little toilet paper left on the roll, so we ran out & there was no way for us to get more because the front desk was closed. The room was so dirty, with cobwebs hanging from the light fixtures & corners. There was black mold on the bathroom in the shower& on the walls. It's a serious health risk. There's an indoor pool advertised, but there's no water in it. Parking provided did not fit our vehicles at all.
Not impressed by the comments about clean rooms. Mine smells of herbs d province and I feel terrible having to post this. There are hairs everywhere, cob webs everywhere. We have to make the beds ourselves but seriously the clean sheets are not so clean.
Decent quality in the apartements. Serviceminded people in the reception. Undergtound locked parking is a great plus.
Beautifull place that located in amazing created Eguisheim
Comfortable family ‍‍‍ friendly lodging in Eguisheim, one of the most picturesque villages in Alsace. Not far from Colmar and other sites like the parc du petit prince (amusement park) or the eco-museum. The only improvement I could think of, would be their WiFi , which wasn't as stable as it could be.
Rooms are small but well equipped. Wi-Fi was poor
