I've been in Paris and Lyon for about a month. I am so grateful to visit this cafe for breakfast today. This is the best cappuccino I've ever had in France so far

The local roaster finally has a proper physical location. However, it’s more of a place to go for food and have a coffee, rather than a place to have a coffee and some small bites. The location is aesthetically nice, but definitely more of a restaurant feel than a coffeeshop feel. Surprisingly, the location boasts a Slayer espresso machine; a beautiful piece of machinery that so far, is under-utilized. With more experience, maybe it will improve. The espresso was decent, very average for my palate and definitely believe it can be improved with machine adjustments. The location is not very accessible due to the entry way and the toilets. Overall, this is a decent location that far now, is more show than substance. Looking forward to the staff becoming more familiar with Slayer, as this is an incredibly customizable and technical machine that many coffee drinkers won’t appreciate.

Excellent place to eat Asian food. Don’t expect your average meal, you’re gonna be surprised by what’s in your plate. Had the tonkatsu soda and will have it again! Need to try the bahn mi next time

Il s'agit selon moi du meilleur torréfacteur sur Lyon. Leurs cafés sont excellents et je trouve leur torréfaction respectueuses des caractères d'origine qui ne sont jamais masqués. L'équipe est en plus très sympa ce qui ne gâche rien, je ne peux que vous recommander de vous y arrêter la prochaine fois que vous passerez dans le coin !
