Bought a second hand series 1 in mid June and within a month or so, the front brakes began to squeak from time to time. I informed BMW plaisir and they arranged an appointment within a few days. I took the car over and problem was solved . Staff were very professional and knew their job really well . Service was immaculate. Having owned other cars in the past, I can guarantee that the service at BMW was far better than other places. Will definetaly come back again for my next BMW.

There comes a time in one’s life when luxury becomes an imperative. For some, the timing arrives earlier in life than others. You can resist. Or you can take the “yolo” approach. I chose the latter and found it completely rewarding thanks to BMW NEUBAUER Plaisir and one of their youngest but brightest salespeople. Raphael took the time to find me the right X1 at the right price. He carefully listened, diligently followed up, and effectively delivered. I’m convinced that his professional future is very promising. Very few feelings come close to the exhilaration of driving your brand new BMW off the lot. BMW NEUBAUER lavished me with goodies on delivery day by offering me a beautiful pot of orchids, an exquisite bottle of champagne, and an extra special something that I’ll leave for you to be surprised. This was not just a purchase. It was an experience and a special memory! The only risk now consists of paying careful attention to my perfect driving record. Something about BMWs provoke a need for speed.

Couldn't arrange an appointment with this dealer. Despite a front desk lady was speaking English quite well the mechanical service representative was not willing to deal with me. So if you are not ordinary French customer, this dealer will not do any efforts to help you. Help yourself... I did phone another BMW dealer and it was much better.

For all those Expatriates and even for the local French people who are all loyal BMW customers , this is the worst place to buy a car or even worse, to get some service (SAV) afterwards! If they recommend you to do something and you don't, since you are not ready or you just don't need it, they will give you the worst treatment! Customer service at its worst! this is the place...Save yourself some time and headache and try the other places.
