Very good ferry service, staff were great and very helpful. We paid for priority exit and they really went out of their way to ensure we left the ferry first. Quite a few passengers didn't wear their masks or wore them below their nose / mouth. The staff did tell them to wear their masks which was ignored. What can you do with idiots. All in all very happy.

After the utterly terrible customer service i received from Eurotunnel today it was a pleasant surprise and a nice change to be welcomed and helped by the staff on board the 5.50pm sailing on the spirit of Britain. They have gone out of their way to say hello and to help me with the special meal that I needed. All in all first class. Thank you P&O
Staff try their best under tight restrictions
If you want to save money buy tickets in advance. My last crossing would have cost 170 but with an advance ticket only 51!! Free WiFi would be a bonus. DFDS has free WiFi and meals but they don't do season tickets any more. I suppose you can't have your cake and...
Given the problem of Covid 19 travelling with P&O felt very safe. Ship was not at all crowded. I would normally eat in the restaurant but as this was closed I ate in the food hall. I was surprised by the quality of the food, the price - great value and socially distancing was a breeze.
