Communicative and responsive before ordering but ABSOLUTELY IGNORING US AND NOT ANSWERING ANYMORE AFTER FAILING TO DELIVER THE PRODUCTS PAID ON 25 MAY! We made an order for 2 pool covers on 25 May that was paid for on the same date, and up to this date (2 September!) we have not received the products. We have been following up with them since the delivery was late and we got vague answers that the products are 'in transit' or no answers at all. Made a request to get a reimbursement but got no answer either. Totally unprofessional and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND at all. Hope to get the money back or the products ASAP, if someone on their side chooses to communicate with us. I've attached the paid invoice from May, for transparency. LATER EDIT: it's a pity that the sales department is very involved and the company has very good prices, but very delayed delivery with poor communication and for the couriers its like they are not aware of the existance of the e-mail or phone/sms. Anyway, our initial order from May 25 just finalised today, October 6th.

Ordered a pool cover and support from Abatik. Support arrived promptly but cover didn’t arrive after a month. They never ever answered a call or responded to emails for a whole month!!!. Total disregard of customers, not sure how they keep their business open... They Only replied when they received a complaint on PayPal. Eventually I got the pool cover after 6 weeks of waiting. AVOID!!!!
The guys of Abatik are very friendly when they are selling you something. But when the cover that has a guarantee for 4 seasons breaks from the first season the tone changes dramatically! And on top of that they asked me to bear the cost of sending back the bad merchandise which is under guarantee! The costs of sending the broken pool cover is higher than the price of the cover! What a joke. Think twice before being from them!

Nous en étions au stade Devis pour rideau piscine . Avant de passer une commande, on se renseigne toujours sur les avis entreprise. Dans ce cas présent on note beaucoup de faute a pas de chance: covid, congé, le fournisseur etc etc et des clients assez énervé. Prenez les mesures nécessaires pour redresser sérieusement la barre si vous souhaitez vivre de votre activité. Nous ne tenterons pas l expérience avec vous. J ai mis 3, pour rester dans votre moyenne Haute
Excellent service, maison sérieuse et réactive. Assure le suivi des dossiers. Je recommande sans hésiter.
