It was not the cheapest but for sure the one who took us serious and made it all happen in a very short timeframe for us(private) to move from Marseille to the north of Germany. Due to their network we received Spanish Movers who packed almost 35cbm in just 1 1/2 day for transport and all was unpacked in less than a day at destination without damages. We can truly recommend this service company, especially if they send you the guys of Marco Movers (madrid) who did our moving.

I have never dealt with a less professional company. Not only did they arrive 5 hours late without contact, deliver half my items to the roadside and leave because they were parked illegally, forcing me to move some of the items indoors myself, then not return until the next morning forcing me to sleep on my bare mattress (which was one of the items I had to carry indoors myself), they broke my TV and CD cabinet, and did me the great service of informing me one month later that they lost all the paperwork. Avoid.

A éviter... pas professionnel du tout... Après avoir reçu ma voiture qui a était fouillée, dérobée, sali et impactee... j’ai fait une déclaration d’avarie. Après 4 mois je n’ai toujours aucune nouvelles... le service est impossible à joindre par téléphone, par mail on me fait tourner en bourrique... Je vous conseille de ne surtout pas passer par cette entreprise. Ce sont des amateurs. Pour tout les militaires en mutation, éviter à tout prix, j’ai déjà fait remonté à ma hiérarchie d’éviter de travailler avec eux.
Bon accueil, personnel agréable et rassurant. Oui mais.... le 2ème effet kisscool. Aucune efficacité dans le groupage. Nos effets laissés mi-août à port de bouc ne sont partis que 2 mois après pour la Polynésie, sans nous prévenir de l'évolution, voir même en nous mentant. Résultat : 2 mois d'activité perdus sur place dans l'attente de notre matériel. Des frais imprévus, aucune réponse à notre mail. Aucun geste commercial. Le profit avant tout. Voilà AGS.
Efficacité jusqu'au bout !! J'attends de réceptionner les affaires à destination .....
