Did the 90 minutes tour of the Calanches and was very satisfied! The booking process was easy by phone and was able to pay via credit card. The cruise was pleasant and I learned a lot. Antoine was a very convivial guide and captain. I would recommend Alpana sea excursions.

There are several companies running the same kind of tour. I highly recommend going for those mid size boats (12 people max) as it allows to go deeper among the rocks while benefiting from the captain comments (something you don’t get renting on your own - also, you would be highly time constrained while these fast boat can easily navigate from one point to another). Alpana was a good choice indeed.
We had a grand tour for three and a half hours and it was great. Small boat (12 people maximum) provides the excellent view from any place.
My husband and I LOVED this excursion! François René was very knowledgeable,funny and warm - we were the only English speakers on board, but he made a special effort to always explain everything to us after he finished in French (and sometimes even us first!) The boat was very comfortable - nice cushiony seats - and there were just the right amount of passengers, unlike some of the more crowded boats we saw go by. Along the way we saw cliffs plunging into the sea, grottos, moonfish, an osprey in the largest bird's nest I have ever seen, a small village with a beautiful Genoese tower among other things. I Highly recommend this tour!
Don’t bank on these people. They say they will return calls and emails, but don’t. If you wait for them, you lose time to find others. Note, post owners reply, that I phoned a number of times and visited their stand, all at times when their google profile said they are open. The voice mail says that they will be back to you very soon. I had no response, or even a ‘sorry we didn’t get to this’ until I posted this review. They found my email, replied and suggested I was being harsh to expect them to respond.
Best boat trip ever. Quentin is the best guide.
