It is impossible to get an appointment. They finally stopped making people spend the night, but it is ridiculous. They should have a very fast system. They aren’t new to this, but their capacity to learn, grow, and adapt seems to be nul.

Nul perfectur, bad administration. Always no more tickets and accuille dont know anything . Really they didn't work well. How can kind of peoples working for government like this. Security so rude sameeaa service entrange. Really I bad administration in france. Event on Internet never dosent work for to take appointment.
Horrible, webpage contradicts the data given on site. There are not the proper hours. Impossible to get an appointment online. Impossible to find someone that can tell you what to do. Noone knows anything. It's a never-ending queuing process. And sometimes the person telling you to queu is wrong, so it turns out you should have been doing another queue. This whole thing should be eliminated and all be done online. All the taxpayer money spend here is shameful.
I have never encountered such a madhouse before. There is absolutely no respect for people in this place. After multiple visits and HOURS waiting in the cold, they tell us that we needed to come back ANOTHER time (and pay hundreds of euros) because they didn't give us the right information. Don't trust what they say, always verify your information from different organisations/people because these people really enjoy messing with you around and lying to your face.
If I can give them zero, I will be generous! In this prefecture the system of organization as well as the people are so bad, especially the people who attend are so rude and impolite. Indeed, they did not give me the correct information and treat me like an animal!. I was very surprise to find there people so mean. Like student I feel so disappointed for France. A great country, but these people seems to show another face of the coin.
Actually, it's not 1 star but at least -5! The worst administration ever. Web-site doesn't work correctly - it's impossible to take an appointment. It's considered to be Ok to lose you documents or even forget about you existence. Arrogant and rude securities and other staff which treat you like an animal especially if you don't speak French well. And so on...
