This is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Its seriously epic. The verticality is huge and the roads can be a little car sick inducing but its totally worth it. The water colour is a rich and vibrant clear green. It's really not that touristic which is great and you'll need a bit of French under your belt to get by so practise and it will help. Can't wait to go back!

An amazing place to get away from the heat, to smell the pine trees and do short or long hikes. From the pigs and cows we met on the road to the fish in the cool ponds, we enjoyed every minute of being here. The only downside - the marking of the hikes. Feels like guessing the duration and direction.
Nice hiking paths here! The road here is a pain, winding around the side of gorge. Oncoming traffic was hard to pass. The 6 euro per car parking was not really worth it if you would walk an extra few km instead of parking at the start of the walking paths. The 1 hour trek they mark here with yellow signs took us about 3 hours of steady walking and a bit of climbing. We weren't slow! At height we had to climb some snow still in May. We didn't require a map. The path was clearly marked for the yellow path. This route is shared by some of the GR20. Fun trek though! Make sure you wear decent shoes and protect yourself against the wind.
I went here in Janurary and I love the paths you can hike on! It has lots of nice nature too!
Crazy roads, nice nature, occasional church ruins
Breathtaking landscape. We did a cruise with the motor bike here - it's just great and worth to see.
Tremendous, unspoilt in comparison to much of mainland France. Great for challenging cycling.
Exceptional nature with everything what nature lovers needs/wants - sea, mountains, rivers, natural pools, pigs and other more or less wild animals. Not too many tourists, comparing to other part of Corsican coast.
