My wife nipped in to see what cars they had to offer. \Will this be a joint husband-wife decision?\ asked the salesman. \Yes\. \But your husband isn't here? It would be better if he was.\ The guy showed little interest and thus confirmed our impression that this is a garage to avoid, unlike the Jean Lain garage where a guy showed immediate friendly interest and a professional attitude.
Complete rip off, 600 euroes to repair a \defective cable\ so got it checked at another garage where they just had to reset the electronic system of the car , which was done for free since it was so simple.
Need to visit 3 times to get simple electronic module changed. Took 2 months. (and before that another simple fix took 4 visits over 6 months). Incompetent (broken plastic pieces while repairing), try to overcharge you all the time (\oh we did not know that was warranty repair\...). Every spare piece you need happens to be 'temporarily out of stock' and ''no delivery date known' ... etc etc ... Updating 2 years later: still bad - visited twice to get electric car battery checked: impossible... Technician not available. Windshield (replaced by this place) leaking: they claim it was fixed... Still leaking.. apparently nothing has been done.
I brought my car from here almost two years ago, I don’t think I’ve had better customer service from a car dealership!
