Awful! If I could give it less stars I would. It is simply not at all as advertised, pure scam. They give you the apartment completely dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, the kitchen was simply unsanitary and the furniture was very old. The heating makes weird noises and eventually gives you a headache due to the air you’re breathing from it. The toilet was disgusting, it is still stained and after trying everything, the brown stains at the bottom haven’t disappeared yet. There are definitely laws against many of the issues here, so if you live at this residence, please go find a lawyer and get your money back.

Its the 5th time Im here Its really clean Comfortable Very close to gare Kind stuff There is just a little noise because of trains thats not a big deal for me Thankssss I will keep coming to this residence

Хорошая студенческая резиденция. Открыта 24 часа, просторные лифты, приветливый персонал. Есть стирка и сушилка за отдельную плату. Рядом несколько супермаркетов и ЖД- и автовокзал. Вокзалы особых неудобств не причиняют, напротив, удобны для путешествий по округе. Номера достаточно просторные, с кухней и совмещённый санузлом. Есть холодильник, микроволновка и вся посуда. В целом, осталось крайне благостное впечатление.

Chambre à mon arrivée sale, des résidus dans la cuvette des toilettes et liquide nauséabond resté dans l'évier. La salle de bain est vraiment petite et le rideau de douche une vraie galère. La situation de la résidence à proximité de la gare est un plus comme un moins : si l'on peut profiter de cette proximité pour s'y rendre, le bruit des annonces sonores, trains sur rails dès 6h du matin sont une catastrophe pour les dormeurs. Seule la literie aura retenue mon attention, avec un lit esprit kingsize et un matelas très confortable.
